Clinical-grade flooring, wall cladding, and ceiling systems engineered for infection control

Every surface in a clinical environment is a potential vector for healthcare-associated infections (HAIs). Our aseptic surface systems eliminate joints, crevices, and porous materials that harbour pathogens — replacing them with seamless, chemically resistant, and easily decontaminable finishes validated for use with aggressive hospital-grade disinfectants.

Seamless Heavy-Duty Vinyl Flooring

Homogeneous vinyl sheet flooring (Tarkett, Forbo, or equivalent) with heat-welded seams and 40mm coved skirtings. Anti-static variants for ICU and operating rooms. Installed over self-levelling screed for a perfectly flat substrate.

Anti-Bacterial Wall Cladding Systems

High-pressure laminate (HPL) or PVC wall cladding panels with concealed aluminium fixing profiles. Smooth, non-porous surfaces rated for repeated disinfection with hospital-grade agents including 2,000 ppm hypochlorite solutions.

Hygienic Ceiling Systems

Flush-jointed, scrubbable ceiling tiles or monolithic GRG panels for operating theaters and sterile processing departments. All penetrations sealed with medical-grade silicone to prevent particle ingress from the plenum.

Epoxy & Polyurethane Resin Flooring

Seamless poured resin flooring for laboratories, sterile processing units, and pharmaceutical areas. Self-levelling, chemical-resistant, and available in anti-slip formulations. Applied in controlled conditions with moisture-vapour barrier.

Radiation & RF Shielding Systems

Structural radiation containment for diagnostic imaging, nuclear medicine, and MRI suites

Radiation shielding is a zero-tolerance discipline. Our shielding team works from medical physicist calculations to design and install precisely specified lead-lined structures for X-Ray, CT, PET-CT, and catheterization labs — and non-ferrous RF shielding enclosures for MRI suites. Every installation is independently tested before clinical commissioning.

Lead-Lined Wall & Partition Systems

Light-gauge steel stud framing with continuous lead sheet lining, specified to medical physicist calculations. Lead sheets are lapped at all joints and penetrations to eliminate radiation streaming paths. Finished with standard wall cladding or plaster.

Radiation-Shielded Doors & Windows

Custom-fabricated lead-lined door sets (swing and sliding) with lead glass observation windows. Interlocked with room entry warning systems. Supplied with radiation-shielded frames and continuous lead thresholds.

MRI RF Shielding Enclosures

Complete Faraday cage construction using copper mesh or sheet, with RF-filtered penetration panels for electrical, HVAC, and data services. Waveguide-below-cutoff penetrations for all conduit entries. Tested to IEC 60601-2-33.

Nuclear Medicine & PET-CT Suites

High-density shielding solutions for hot labs, dose calibration rooms, and PET-CT scanner vaults. Includes lead-lined waste storage, shielded syringe dispensing stations, and contamination-controlled flooring systems.

ISO-classified controlled environments for pharmaceutical, sterile compounding, and research applications

Our modular cleanroom systems deliver validated ISO-classified environments using prefabricated wall and ceiling panel systems. The modular approach eliminates on-site dust generation, accelerates installation timelines, and provides a fully reconfigurable structure for future facility changes — without compromising particle control performance.

Modular Wall & Ceiling Panel Systems

Prefabricated aluminium-framed sandwich panels with GRP, HPL, or powder-coated steel skins. Flush-jointed with silicone sealing at all interfaces. Reconfigurable without structural modification. Available in standard and ESD-dissipative variants.

Integrated Lighting & Services

Flush-mounted LED luminaires, HEPA terminal filter housings, and service penetration panels integrated into the ceiling grid. All fixtures sealed to prevent particle ingress from the plenum. Wiring concealed within the panel cavity.

Airlocks & Pass-Through Systems

Personnel and material airlocks with interlocked door controls to prevent simultaneous opening. Stainless steel pass-through hatches with UV sterilization for material transfer without compromising cleanroom integrity.

Validation & Certification

Full IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocol including particle count testing, airflow visualization (smoke studies), pressure differential mapping, and temperature/humidity uniformity testing. Documentation package suitable for regulatory submission.

Ceiling-mounted surgical pendant columns for anaesthesia and surgical disciplines, providing medical gas outlets, electrical sockets, data ports, and equipment mounting — all within the sterile field without floor-level clutter.

Shadowless Surgical Lighting

LED surgical luminaire systems with 40,000–160,000 lux output, colour rendering index (CRI) >95, and adjustable colour temperature. Ceiling-mounted with sterile-field handles. Integrated with emergency lighting circuits.

Full MEP Commissioning & Validation

Independent commissioning of all OR systems including HVAC performance testing, medical gas purity verification, electrical safety testing, and laminar flow visualization. Full documentation package for MOH licensing submission.
